      Аннотация: There is no organization in the world today that can realize their organizational objectives without effective and efficient management of her human resource.This research work will demystify the role effective management of human resources can play in enhancing employee performance and in the realization of organizational objectives.This research work encapsulates the research findings of how Human Resource Management practices effect employees performance in the selected organizations understudy.This work has shown that no matter how good the material resources which includes Machines,raw materials,money etc.,it will be controlled by human resources.SO,without effective management of human resources in an organization,achieving organizational objectives become impossible.
