Nepotism and economic crime. The role of nepotism and corruption in the economy

      Аннотация: Nepotism usually means hiring relatives, close friends, regardless of their merits and abilities. This will also affect the name of the approaches to the high state positions. This is the definition of simple nepotism, which as we all know, the rapidity became the "criterion" key and favourable hiring people according to family ties, anywhere and in any environment, especially the countries of the former socialist countries, in particular in Eastern Balkan countries. Some might say that all this has happened because the southeast Balkan countries have emerged from a difficult economic situation as a result of transition and war. Transition long and tiring, he had contributed to the lack of laws and legal acts necessary. The lack of laws but the implementation of existing ones which will define the terms and conditions for the establishment of labour relations, which saw the completion of which criteria, should not be made any admissions, meeting the criteria of employment or advancement, there are almost no time made properly, this had repercussions on the advancement of the organization and development of the public sector.
