Аннотация: Traditional Complementary Alternative Medicine (TCAM) is also the main source of healthcare for the majority of people in developing countries, including Indonesia and it has been used only 30,4% of house hold based on Indonesian Research Basic Health (RISKESDAS), 2013.The progress development of TCAM is relative very slow even though the healthcare system has designed integrated with TCAM. The survey and depth interview are showing that there are not inline perceptive between medical professional, share holder and Minister of Health (MOH). Negative perception of Integration TCAM was showing by 52.5% study participants but general practitioner has more positive perception compare than others, it had associated with lack of knowledge, lack of scientific action, bad image from experience, advertising, supporting family, culture background, and community are not influence their perception since TCAM was not proven by evidence based and only trust of conventional medicine. There was wide gap of perception among the internal medical professional, share holder, and MOH.
