Аннотация: The basic idea of this book is on 9-3-4 system of education and managing nomadic education in Nigeria. The author outlines the concept of 9-3-4 system of education, goals of basic education, secondary education and governance in educational institutions in Nigeria. Relevant literature and theories are blends in this book. The nomads are classified as educational disadvantage people in Nigeria.
