Аннотация: Corporate Strategy and Management is about managing risks of organizational Performance. Performance at workplace is an area of interest for decades even with machine and technology replacing people resources; it cannot deny the significance of employee performance for the success, growth, and survival of the organizations. Even with dynamic and competitive workplace, organizations are nothing but based on its people working for their personal and organizational goals. Employee performance is linked to various factors but none other have been explored and theorized to the extent then to personality in organizational behavior. This is all due to emergence of five-factor of personality or alternatively Big-Five Personality traits. The prime objective of this book was to measure employee personality through Big-five personality traits and then to explore its relationship with performance at work.
