Аннотация: At the beginning of industrialization era, the environment posed treat to man,but now, man poses most treat to himself through the environment. With the increasing industrial activities, Environmental pollution have also being on the increase, thereby altering the natural equilibrium of the stable environment and this has led to so many diseases like Cancer. I'd like to describe that in all, Man (male and female alike) is both the source and the sink. This book was written to bring to us the very essence of our existence; the Environment! Often times, we are cut up with what technological and industrial development could "do for us" without taking a pause to reflect and understand what they could "do to us". The results in this book is based on measure values of Uranium, Thorium and Potassium from the laboratory and the Parameter we are modelling for is the Excess Life Cancer Rate. One of the proven cause of Cancer is ionizing Radiation and this is measured and modeled for with a a case study of Enugu State, Nigeria. I'd enjoin you to sit down, grab a can of drink and enjoy the book. Smiles.
