Strategy Execution in a Regulatory Body. The Model of Strategy Execution in Water Regulatory Authority

      Аннотация: One of the most important challenges facing management nowadays, it is precisely the successful execution of the strategy. Increasingly it is strengthening the concept that the execution of the strategy is the key to the success of the organization. While there is a concentrated attention, and indeed to the importance that represents the planning of a good strategy, even specific importance takes its execution without effectiveness pursuant to which the existing strategy will remain just on paper. To design a strategy, even better, is only one side to success, which can not guarantee it, without a proper approach towards its execution. Indeed, execution is a challenge recognized and under a continuous development. The concept relates to guidance from the action, which carries essentially implementation.
