Аннотация: In this globalized world of cut-throat competition the corporations have become boundary less. Diversity management plays a critical role to sustain in this competitive world at international platform. Diversity refers to any perceived difference among people: age, race, religion, functional specially, profession, sexual orientation, geographic origin, and lifestyle, tenure with the organization or position and any other perceived difference. These factors should focus for the development of a diverse workforce by melding actual and perceived differences among workers to achieve maximum productivity. Every corporation is required to build supportive culture where all employees can be treated equally with their respective uniqueness. Therefore, the top management should view workplace diversity as company’s goal and include diversity initiatives in business strategies. Historically, diversity in the workplace has been recognized as an employment equity issue but in current scenario, it is recognized as a benefit contributing to an organization’s bottom line.
