Аннотация: Ever since we met democracy, reaching out the citizens through the best way has been the most important concern for the governments in order to actualize a participative management. Internet revolution and then web 2.0 solved this problem thoroughly providing the governments with being ubiquitous at all times. It is vital to think e-government system as a dynamic interactive communication system, which requires effective monitoring, listening and responding quickly as to be able to develop and update it according to the citizens’ expectations pursuing to serve them with the best practices continuously. Therefore e-government can be thought as a public relations system, which takes giving the priority to the citizens through getting to know them and paying attention to their needs as to create positive perceptions as being at their service at all times. More the system is run in that respect, more it is possible getting the most out of the system in reaching the target of participative governing. The book tries to exert what needs to be done to put into practice a seamless e-government system through a comprehensive approach.
