These advances have introduced new educational nomenclature like Virtual Education,Virtual classroom, and virtual Universities.Virtual Education is made possible only by the e-content development and use of information and communication technology. Virtual Classroom is a simulated classroom learning environment where the teacher and the students are separated by time and space. It is the provision of ubiquitous access to quality-oriented, low-cost, personalized learning to every individual, irrespective of the age and type of education. The present book offers the process of development of virtual classroom and its maintenance in a effective manner for the benefit of learners and teachers. It helps teachers, administrators, learners, and other stake holders to cater the diverse need of twenty first century learners.
