Аннотация: The aim of this research is to evaluate the management effectiveness approaches of Syrian refugee management in Lebanon. To achieve the research aim, a field investigation was undertaken and desktop generation of data was also utilized to explore a range of issues related to Lebanon and humanitarian response in general. Frameworks, concepts, and issues relevant to the discussion were also explored. The findings of the research indicate that Lebanon face an increasing number of Syrian refugees, which constitute 25 % of their main population. Lebanon is not a signatory of the 1951 refugee convention, and thus application of refugee’ rights can be complex. The research has found that organizations follow an urban response approach, as the majority of Syrian refugees are residing within the host community. This is because the government does not permit refugee camps because of an absence of political agreement within Lebanon and also due to security and demographic concerns resulting from such camps. Thus the research indicates the increasing number of Syrian refugees and the overwhelming need for services such as health, education, shelter and infrastructure.
