Аннотация: My research in administration and management allowed breaking new ground into the interdependence of psychology, decision science, leadership, management, process excellence, and technology in transforming a stagnant business model into an adaptable business model to enable Global e-commerce creation, survival and growth in the 21st century and beyond. This book uncovered effective leadership behaviors, management practices, a core set of architectural design principles, and technologies enabling multi-enterprise commerce and collaboration--i.e. Porter's value chain transformed to E-Commerce Applications: [Buy-side Apps + ERP Apps + Sell Side Apps]. The research questionnaire was endorsed by CIO Magazine [Leadership and Management] and Project Management Institute. Special permissions were received from Peter Fingar a global expert on business strategy, globalization and business process management. The goal of this research is to contribute a practical and modern "Blue Ocean" perspective to creating and sustaining an adaptable business network in the global e-commerce space
