Hematological and Physiological Variables of Indian Boxers. Based on research study pertaining to different weight categories and genders

      Аннотация: About Book: It has been generally agreed upon that the physiological and hematological variables has got a huge impact on the performance of an individual in any area and sports including boxing is also not untouched. Various research literatures have already proved this fact in different games and sports. Accordingly Boxing is one of the sports where these variables may hold a great place. And thereby keeping this into the mind the authors wrote this book on the basis of research study. The research study was conducted one the basis of five objectives. The selected hematological variables were Red Blood Cells, White Blood Cells, Hemoglobin and Platelets. While Anaerobic Power, Vital Capacity, Resting Heart Rate, Resting Respiratory Rate, Total Body Fat Percentage, Lean Body Weight, Positive Breath Holding Capacity and Negative Breath Holding Capacity were selected physiological variables.
