Аннотация: This book has highlighted and showcased the significance of cultural diversity for organizations today. Organizations generally are hesitant in adopting and including diversity as they are not aware of its embedded benefits. Organizations instead perceive it as a source of interpersonal conflicts and added cost due to which they tend to avoid adopting cultural diversity.
