Аннотация: The major challenge facing the Arab industry in general is the weakness of the competitiveness of its products compared to the global industry. The Arabic industry lacks many of the ingredients for success, which are undeveloped in many sectors or branches when compared to the developed industrialised countries and this is due to the lack of adequate attention by governments to the development of the Arab industrial sector. This increases the difficulties and challenges facing the Arab industry, limiting its progress and development The promotion and development of the Arab industries and the enhancement of their competitiveness in global markets, with particular interest on SMEs, lies in the quality of improvements through following internationally approved standards at all stages of manufacturing, production and control. There can be no doubt that it is the right entrance of Arab business to foreign markets, and the recovery of the Arab economy in general. The objective of this book is to contribute to the improvement of SMEs in the industrial sector of Arab countries by increasing the competitiveness of SMEs in particular and of the Arab industry in general.
