Аннотация: Elderly people are the most neglected segment of our community. Most of the times they die due to unknown reasons due to inefficient and untimely diagnosis of various hidden morbidities associated in this age.This led the author the responsibility as a Public Health Specialist to figure out the Morbidity Status of Non communicable Diseases in an Urban Community of City Of Meerut located in state Uttar Pradesh in INDIA. The emphasis is put on Non communicable Diseases because these diseases have long incubation period and are mostly diagnosed at a very late stage of the disease mostly with complications.Early detection and timely initiation of the preventive and curative aspects of Diseases provide Healthy Ageing in the community along with a need of an efficient health care delivery system.In order to provide quality health care services to elderly morbidity status of diseases among elderly were needed to be assessed and hence this research work helped establishing a well furnished health care centre with adequate amenities for providing quality health care to the aged.
