Аннотация: This book constitute seven chapters with references and appendices. Every chapter has unique characteristic features that help them to integrate as a whole. This book provides a balanced coverage of theoretical and empirical perspective that would be interesting to read. In addition, it has reflected the application and practice of psychological dimensions in organisational settings in a manner that the reader and researcher may find easy to learn from. First chapter 'Introduction' describes the theoretical aspects of Quality of Work Life (QWL), Ego-strength, Job Attitude and Organisational Commitment. Second chapter deals with the empirical research done in these dimensions of the concepts. Third chapter covers the methodological aspects applied in this study. Fourth chapter talks about statistical analysis and findings of the study. Fifth Chapter discuss the results in detail. Sixth chapter gives the summery of study, and seventh chapter provides limitations, suggestions and applications of the research. We believe the reader will find this book to be a valuable source of ideas as well as a reference book to help him conduct researches in the area of organisational psychology.
