Efficiency of Heads of Schools for the Visually Impaired.

      Аннотация: The said book is a research work on the heads of specials schools for the visually impaired. From the content of this book, author is trying to find out the efficiency level of the heads of the schools for the visually impaired as an administrations and teachers. The efficiency is measured by the author through the experience of the heads as an administrator and teacher, teaching experience of the head as teacher, educational qualification of the head, professional qualification of the head including rehabilitation qualification, number of teachers working in the school for visually impaired, locality of the schools (rural or urban areas). The sanctioned strength and actual strength of the visually impaired children studying in the schools for the visually impaired and sanctioned and actual strength of teachers of schools for the visually impaired may be a cause of effective administration of the head in the schools for the visually impaired.
