Social Intelligence, Personality and Teaching Interest. A Descriptive Research Study in Reference to Pre Service Teachers

      Аннотация: In the present book, Dr. Shashi Bindu Sharma elaborates the necessity of developing three vital characteristics namely: Social Intelligence, Personality & Teaching Interest among pre service teachers. Based on his six years of research, the book unveils the reason of falling level of result oriented education in spite of having qualified teachers and state of the art infrastructure. The readers will be surprised to know that the most essential contributor in a teacher’s success i.e. ‘Teaching Interest’ has been least investigated in previous years.
