Аннотация: Today, rheumatoid diseases, disorders for people around the world, especially for teens is epidemic. The dysfunction of the human immune system can increase the severity and frequency of disease induction. Therefore, timely diagnosis and genetic disorders in rheumatoid disease, may be suffering young patients and the severity of the disease reduced the discount. In this book, mutations in the gene HLA-DBR1 for juvenile rheumatoid arthritis city of Tabriz in Iran have examined. We hope the results of this research can be a good step to find out the appropriate treatment, the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.Babies idiopathic arthritis, the most common rheumatic disease in newborns and in different geographical areas based on the criteria, the prevalence is different. HLA-DRB1 alleles in this project in Tabriz children with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis oligular ticular 57 were evaluated. Peripheral blood samples from 57 children with rheumatoid arthritis and 100 healthy people as a control group oligular ticular young people, the preparation and the presence of HLA-DRB1 alleles were compared.
