Аннотация: Is CSR is an effective tool to attract new customers and retain existing customers to Starbucks?. Can it influence consumers' choice when buying a product?. Both of those questions will be found in this thesis with clear theoretical framework, in-depth analysis and discussion. In addition, conclusions about CSR program of Starbucks was discussed in details together with some useful recommendations
