Аннотация: The purpose of the research is to divulge the musk of national education policy & relevant political manipulation process. The second chapter focus on methodological issues & also describes the situation of education research settings in Bangladesh. Third chapter focuses on the socio-economic atmosphere regarding primary education like what does education mean, why it is influential for future, different education systems of this country, do people face any gender disparity etc. Fourth one consists of the analysis of empirical data & observation notes of the research site (Savar & Dhamrai).
