Аннотация: The Education Service delivery has been deteriorating in Uganda especially Mbale district a result of inadequate remuneration of the teachers. This state of affairs led the researcher to think of establishing a relationship between remuneration of teachers and Quality of Primary Education Service delivered, basing on the following objectives:- To determine the effect of Remuneration of Primary school teachers to the delivery of Quality Primary Education services in Uganda. To investigate other factors affecting the quality of primary education services delivery in Mbale district Local Government. On Study it was realized that for an Organization to successfully remunerate its employees it has to involve all the three forms of remuneration. That is intrinsic remuneration from the Individual employee, showing that the employee should also be able to remunerate himself as he is performing his duties as well as both monetary and Non-Monetary remuneration from the Organization to the Employee in order for the employee to offer Quality Services This should have a balance in order to have Quality service delivery.
