Аннотация: This paper was prepared while a Master's-level student at San Jose' State University in 1997; and slightly revised in 2016. It examines Native American Tribal Courts and proposes further research in the areas of indigenous justice systems; specifically those operating in the United States of America. An outline for further research in this area of criminal justice administration is offered by the author.
