Therefore, the SMM has made life easy and innovative of people, virtual communities, and consumer behavior on SMM is different from the physical market where he has arrived to perceive the service or product of brand. The positive comments / posts / online blogs, enquiry is responded within short time, WOM, emotions has communicated with friends, low of financial risk, low probability of getting low quality products and services, low probability of wasting of time on purchasing, the friends are trustworthy, sharing a good experience with friends about purchasing, using SMMPs help to make decisions better, and using SMMPs increasing interest in purchasing all factors respectively on social media marketing.
