      Аннотация: Environmental protection in Nigeria, especially in her manufacturing, oil and gas industries is in a chaotic and very deplorable condition as if there are no laws and control regime in existence. This Book, therefore, examined the substantive laws of environmental protection as provided in the Constitution and other laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; and Conventions to which Nigeria is party,expounding the extant laws and enforcement regime thereto.
