Palestinian Statehood under the principles of public international law.

      Аннотация: The Palestinian conflict has been unfolding for considerable decades now. What this book will address and critically analyze is whether Palestine meets the requirements for Statehood under international law and if not, an assessment over the existence of factors infringing on the preconditions necessary to meet those requirements. In examining the central theme, it will be necessary to inquire and assess a number of separate but interconnected legal issues linked to the lawfulness of the Israeli occupation under the law of statehood, the law on the use of force, international humanitarian law, international human rights law, the law of military occupation, as well as the principle of self-determination.
