      Аннотация: The aim of this book is study on the level of stress among secondary school teachers and its impact on various dimensions of teacher competencies. The role of the teacher is to concentrate on the facilitation of learning and development of all students to the practical abilities of the teacher. Especially the teaching profession plays more important role in the society to construct future generation.Therefore the teacher should lead stress free life both in school and outside the school.Then only his/her performance will yield through good results among the children. Hence the teacher never face stress in the school, in the class and at home because this will impact on their teaching competency which is most important for the students all round development.
