Аннотация: The principal in general, behaves as a college administrator. The principal role as a college administrator is demonstrated in his different activities in the organization. The saying " As the leader, so the group" is very true in administration. A principal cannot manage effectively unless he can lead his staff effectively. Staff members can be reduce to contribute their optimum to the attainment of organizational goals only through efficient and confident leading. the principal ship is a very demanding activity and those principals who have requisite traits- drive, desire to direct, Self Confidence, integrity, emotional maturity, effective team work, costiveness and knowledge of administrative skills in profession etc. have considerable advantage over those who lake these traits. Without knowledge of administrative skills and Self Confidence, for example it is unlikely that an individual required leading and maintaining an Organizational Climate effectively.This research study focus on Administrative Efficiency and Self confidence of principals with reference to organizational climate.
