      Аннотация: Success in public policy and business is not just due to proper motivation and adequate ideas but also the planning skills required especially those to scope for successful implementation of policy decided upon. Implementation is a key to business success but this should be seen as an essential of executive and middle management leadership and supported through development of staff when initially selected and training and work placements to support the many skills required to ensure success when implementation and follow up is required.
