Project Manager’s job has been considered as a skill based job that requires appropriate training and experience to achieve their goals. Project management approaches is being accepted by most organizations it grows the project requirements and the increasing importance of project management skills and standards development and evaluation of project management skills. This research contains the role of manager in construction business with utilization of Prince 2 software, in addition it helps the project managers in producing reports and charts quickly than if done manually. It also comes in handy in the balance in various aspects such as finance maintenance, record keeping etc. It makes business more efficient.
