Homemakers Internet usage for Performing Household Responsibilities. A Study On Usage Of Internet By Homemakers Of Vadodara City For Performing Their Household Responsibilities, 2015-2016

      Аннотация: The Internet is empowering women in ways that would not have been imagined a decade ago. The ability to broadcast information online has allowed the dissemination of information without censorship, while the ability to find information online has enlightened and empowered women, sometimes in life-enhancing ways, such as when they find critical health information, household chores related information online. Online, women have created community and social support. Communication patterns also are being altered online, allowing freer expression. The World stands out about the new waves of technologies is that a female perspective in its formation is critical. The present study aims to study on the usage of internet by homemakers of Vadodara city for performing their household responsibilities. For the purpose of the study, the sample of the present study consisted of 110 homemakers from Vadodara city. The study seeks to examine and evaluate the usage of internet by homemakers and their household responsibilities.
