Аннотация: The book looks on the performance parameters of backward and forward supply chain of Ready-made garment industry of Bangladesh. It also shows the inter-relations among performance parameters. Finally, it analyzes contribution of backward supply chain to the success of Ready-made garment industry and suggests ways to reduce lead time of the same industry. Thus, it is an interesting book for readers to know about the scenario of supply chain management of Ready-made garment industry of Bangladesh.
