An Input Evaluation of Workplace HIV/AIDS IEC Programmes in Botswana.

      Аннотация: HIV/AIDS has become a social and workplace issue. If the world has to be reed of the pandemic, the workplace and its stakeholders have roles to play. However, organisations have not accorded the evaluation of their workplace HIV/AIDS programmes its rightful place. Many organisations that would like to evaluate their programmes lack the benchmark on which to base their evaluation. This book aimed at providing the missing link for workplace evaluation with special bias to inputs evaluation. It covered workplace HIV/AIDS programmes/strategies, human, material and technological resources necessary and target groups. This book is a must read for all workplace managers/executives, all cadres of employees of organisations as well as stakeholders.
