Legal Research Methodology and Project Writing.

      Аннотация: The book offers undergraduate law students a theoretical basis for the appreciation of a research project in law, thereby preparing them for a more complex and practical based knowledge in their post-graduate dissertations and thesis writing. Experience has shown that law students generally are unable to undergo a transformation from passive consumer of academic knowledge into active co-producers, a situation that often compel them to exploit ready-made project work.
