Аннотация: The orthodontic treatment is a long and often is carried out in conducted in the patients in growth age. This is a period of biological change in the body and expression of its genetic gifts. The orthodontists are using functional and mechanical forces to influence these processes. The prevention of orthodontic deformities is of great importance. It is occurring due to the effect of external factors and selecting the most appropriate time for treatment, while also providing permanence of the result achieved. The success of a treatment also lies in the use of appliances to which the patients adapt easily and maintain good hygiene. The main role in the success of treatment falls on a good diagnosis and knowledge of orthodontic deformities and their expression. Different orthodontic phenomena such as transposition mesiodens, microdens and cet. often change our stereotypes and protocols for the treatment approach. That is why we want to share our clinical experience and analysis of the frequency and the manifestation in some problems in the positions, number and the eruption of the teeth with this monograph.
