Аннотация: The impact of globalization in labour field is pointed out through the analysis of new types of contracts, solidarity, labour fraud and abuse of juridical partnership personality. The notion of Corporative Social Responsibility (CSR) will be characterized from the catalogue of typifying notes that ILO has set up regarding international labour rights and fundamental principles. Micro, small and medium sized companies (MSMSC) are referred according special regulation depending enterprises’ size, which in Argentina have a different treatment comparing general law that enforces labor contract. A new century’s challenge is proposed: a major improvement consisting in giving the highest value to human being in labor uneven relationship. Although, today this aspiration may sound as a utopia, we cannot forget that this ideal, scent of mankind, is the star that always has guided and the foundation that always has supported human being. Otherwise and without chimeras humanity would have perished long time ago.
