Аннотация: This text is analysing the extent to which privately owned small scale businesses like Sonic Furniture Construction and Technical Services (Sonic Furniture) can apply the law regulating contractual relationships. The contractual relationships of interest are those that Sonic Furniture has developed through its relationships with internal and external third parties such as (employees or directors) and (raw materials suppliers or services providers) respectively. The text also focuses on relationships of Sonic Furniture and its clients. This work extends to agency contractual based relationships between Sonic Furniture and its directors. To that, end the contracts considered include those for sale of goods and services in which the Sonic Furniture identifies itself as purchasing or a selling of goods and services. In addition to contracts of employment as well as contracts for employment.
