Аннотация: Employee engagement is a big challenge for effective and smooth functioning of any organization. Competition in the market and changes due to technological revolution makes organizations imperative for engagement of employees in an enhanced way. The rapid changes in the external and internal environment factors affects organization culture this in turn influence employee's attitude and behavior. In this scenario, the mediating effect of Employee Engagement between organization culture and Organization Commitment & Organization citizenship behaviour is explored in this study. Engaged employee's are motivated to perform, committed to the organization, energetic and diligent, towards success of organization. They have enthusiasm for learning knowledge and skills and in turn contributes for organization's growth.Recognition of engaged employees, channelizing their energies helps to move the organization in the right direction. Keeping capable and talent people also affects the organization in a positive way for right attitudes and behaviours. Culture of maintaining right talent with diverse skill sets enhances the spirits of employeess to perform with a right attitude and behavior.
