Аннотация: The book provides an insightful analysis to the crisis of small arms and light weapons proliferation in Africa particularly in Nigeria and the problematic occasioned by the regulatory capacity to control the supply-side of the proliferation continuum. It is a product of field-based evidence research on the control mechanism of small arms in Nigeria. The study proffers some recommendations which is hoped will stem the increasing menace of illicit proliferation both from the official and non-official supply-sides.
