Аннотация: PAMAM Dendrimer comprise of well-defined size, shape, molecular weight and monodispersity. These properties formulate the dendrimers a suitable carrier in drug delivery application. Dendrimer are constructed from number of molecular substances of colloidal particles that exists in equilibrium with the molecules or ions in nature and because of this increases the solubility of poorly soluble drugs. Because of their distinct structural design these have enhanced physical and chemical properties. PAMAM Dendrimers were synthesized by Divergent growth method and loaded with Isoniazid. Current experiment investigation was designed to emerging and discovering the usage of PAMAM dendrimers for delivery of antituberculosis drug Isoniazid. The batch of PAMAM Dendrimers were loaded with Isoniazid were preliminarily evaluated for Organoleptic properties, UV-Visible, FTIR and drug release of formulation. This study was initiate to have risen their drug loading capacity, control their drug release rate. Consequently Isoniazid loaded Dendrimers may achieve the objective of extended delivery.
