      Аннотация: The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT) plays a main role in Jordan economy and market by taking on the responsibilities of regulating the industry such as typing, classifying, and registering, according to internal regulations. The primary purpose of this research is to keep MIT continuing improvements of processes and services by involving and participating of each individual who is in any way a part of that service process. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to develop a key tool of technological innovation with methodologies for resolving the problem that would face MIT customers during the service provided, and also define the methods and tools could help improve the service of MIT to increase the value and quality of its service. The research is focusing on the findings of the questionnaires, and also analyzed the challenges faced by MIT customers while providing the services. The result and finding advocate that MIT should develop its service process by implementing more technological innovation by transforming the service from traditional to online method.
