      Аннотация: The quality of work life affects the performance of employees. This means the better the level of the quality of work life is the higher the employee performance is. Working attitude does not affect the performance of the employees. There are still many educational staff who refuse to change the culture within the organization, especially regarding the development of information technology as an opportunity for the educational staff to learn the improvement.Working stress affects the employees. This means that the higher of the work stress level is, the higher the employee 's performance. The work in educational world requires patience and diligence, the work is monotonous, has no variation in the process, so the challenge is feeling bored and burnout. The dominance of females in employment has massive benefits, besides that the increase in the number of female in education proves the emancipation of women. Thus, if the education world is dominated by female it is a phenomenon that has occurred a long ago.
