Аннотация: Before the introduction of the European Union Micro-Programme Projects, beneficiary communities had suffered deplorable livelihoods. The objective of the work is the evaluation of the impact of the European Union Micro-Programme Projects on the beneficiary communities. The work was guided by three hypotheses. The work adopted the survey method and the change theory as its theoretical framework. The data generated were analyzed with the use of chi-square and t-test analytical tools. The result revealed that there was significant improvement in the template of infrastructural development in rural areas before and after the intervention. The implication of the study is that relevance of the partnership of European Union Micro-Programme Projects to community development is anchored on mutual synergy on the needs of the beneficiary communities. And that it will be beneficial to community development. The study recommended among others that government should endeavor to attract other intervention projects in the areas that were not affected by the intervention programme. Also recommended was that communities should make effort to maintain the social amenities.
