Skill Enhancement Strategies. An Assessment of Entrepreneurial Orientation among Youth

      Аннотация: Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) has become as a focal concept in the domain entrepreneurship. EO refers as salient strategic decision making process and style which engrossed in entrepreneurial undertakings. It is believed seizing EO attitude may increase the individuals' propensity to engage in autonomous, innovative, proactive, risk taking and aggressive competitive behavior to start new venture. The early exploration of EO attitudinal behavior may take a long way in successful entrepreneurship. This book contributes to nurture “Youth Entrepreneurship” in India via fostering EO to curtail youth unemployment. The research in this book assesses the EO of the Youth in India by taking entrepreneurial awareness, societal value and I-E locus of control as the predecessors.
