Аннотация: Natural products have been playing a vital role in health care for decades. Different source of plant(s) has been a vital source of chemical constituents which are beneficial for mankind. In world same plant source has been used for the treatment of different ailments. So, taken above into consideration stem parts of Musa paradisiacal has been evaluated for the biological activity. This plant has immense potential, but unfortunately very little was known about the actual potential of different extracts of different parts of Musa paradisiaca. Thus it has become imperative to initiate steps to explore the biological potential of Musa paradisiaca stem for in-vito Anti-diabetic potential. In the present study attempts are made to investigate scientific evaluation and activity potential for the stem part of Mussa paradisiaca. As, plant’s stem yet to be identified for their potential as antidiabetic. For that purpose here we are using fresh unripe stem part of the plant for their chemical and activity investigation.
