      Аннотация: Over the last few decades, Climate vulnerability has increased exponentially resulting in an extremely adverse impact on socio-economic and environmental integrity. Green growth economy is being strangled by climate vulnerability. Access to finance is one of the biggest challenges retarding implementation of the programmes of actions. In essence, the concept of NAMA; which refers to government-led interventions contextual to sustainable development, supported by technology, financing and capacity building in a measurable, reportable and verifiable manner; is the solution icon for green growth. It defines all the building blocks required for green growth economy attainable through investment prioritisation, using financial markets and public funding to leverage private capital flows. This book, therefore, shows implementation readiness and presents climate finance as a serious, lively and evolving science discipline that will serve as an inspiration and guide to all and sundry stakeholders venturing into climate financing.
