Job Satisfaction of Employees in Indian Railways With Reference to SCR. Journey with Indian Railways

      Аннотация: Job satisfaction influences the efficiency of employees thereby it determines the effectiveness of organisations. The objective of the study to know the job satisfaction level of employees in Indian railways for that researcher has used various methods and seven Statistical tools. He covered fully of SCR and one specified division which was highest ranked in risk and financial turnover in India. The study has brought out a number of suggestions to increase the job satisfaction level of employee (a) personal details – age, gender, education, income, married or unmarried follow-up; (b) present pay system with working conditions job progression and security (c) employee co-ordination with fellows and supervisors (d) relationship with subordinate and work life satisfaction (e) IR provides a number of welfare activities. Despite the provision of welfare facilities, there is a lacuna in the provision of welfare facilities. For instance, IR provides full-fledged medical facilities in Duranto trains and not in other express and passenger trains. It is suggested to IR to rectify these deficiencies at the earliest possible time for the benefit of employees (f) IR pays productivity linked.
