Аннотация: The book entitled Optical and Electrical properties of Fe doped TiO2 Thin Films is unique of its kind. In this work the material synthesized by modified sol-gel method. The different optical properties such as, absorbance, transmittance, optical conductivity, dielectric constant, VELF, SELF etc. of the films annealed at different temperatures are discussed. It is observed that the synthesized material is showing better properties at annealing temperature 350 degree centigrade. In the electrical properties section the band gap is calculated and compared at different annealing temperatures, along with carrier concentration, mobility etc. Even the structure of the material is analyzed. For this material it is first of its kind. It is expected that, it will attract the academicians and researchers and will be of little helpful to them.
