Аннотация: In the modern era the changing dynamics of organization has found need for the human resource development practices. It can be said that the human resource development practices should retain excellent employees, who in turn will enable an organization to give more productivity and high intellectual services. However, the contribution of HRD practices to QWL is being a strategy in order to improve the organizational competitiveness and effectiveness. In India, today the IT sector is one of the largest sectors, which provide employment in private sector due the policies of government, such as liberalization, privatization and globalization. The IT Industry always depends on intellectual ability and most youth are attracted for high remuneration and other privileges. In this area the changing trends in industrialization, structuring jobs and organizations demand the employee to take-up multiple activities. The HRD practices are playing major a role in improving employees’ quality of work life. Hence, most of the organizations at present tend to adopt the human relations with increased mechanism and automation.
